Dandy A/B: single-speed upright town bike
Bordeaux-Paris: track or path bike
Paris-Roubaix: as Bordeaux-Paris, but with a 3-speed rear derailleur
Randoneusse/Nice-Evian A/B: light tourer/road bike with 3-speed derailleur, 650b or 700c wheels
Touriste Homme/Dame Grand Luxe: upright touring bike with 3-5 speed rear derailleur
