from the ebay decription for this bike:

You are bidding on a good used Jack Taylor bicycle frameset made in the UK. Serial number 5009 indicates this bike was made in 1964. Tubing is 531 Reynolds. Seat tube is 22-1/2" or 57cm center to center and 23-1/2" or 59.5cm center to top. Top tube is 23" or 58.5cm center to center. Down tube is 25" or 63.5cm center to center. Head tube is 5-7/8" or 15cm. Seat stays are 22" or 56cm center to axle. Chainstays are 17-3/4" or 45cm center to axle. Axle width is 125mm but flex in the frame will allow 5mm play + or - here. Unmarked headset and brake hangers included. Frame and fork are straight. No dents or dings. Paint shows its age with quite a lot of chips and scratches. Some decals are quite scratched and others are missing entirely but in my opinion it is too nice to repaint

from the 2nd ebay decription for this bike:

You are bidding on a Jack Taylor bicycle made in the UK. It is set up as a fixed gear. The frame is fillet brazed, a technique the Taylors mastered during the post Worl War II era. It has plenty of clearance for fenders or large tires. Frame dimensions: Seat tube is 22-1/2" or 57cm center to center and 23-1/2" or 59.5cm center to top. Top tube is 23" or 58.5cm center to center. Down tube is 25" or 63.5cm center to center. Head tube is 5-7/8" or 15cm. Seat stays are 22" or 56cm center to axle. Chainstays are 17-3/4" or 45cm center to axle. Rear axle width is 125mm but flex in the frame will allow 5mm play + or - here. Paint shows its age with a lot of chips and scratches. Some decals are quite scratched and others are missing entirely. The original box pin striping remains and is something special to see. Components include: Cinelli 1/A stem with classic engraved Giro dıItalia bars; Dia Compe centerpull brakeset; Shimano 600 crankset, 130 BCD, 40 tooth chainring, 170 arms; New Tange headset, installed a couple of months ago; Old Brooks saddle, unclear what model; Kalloy seat post; SR pedals; Maillard hubs with 15 tooth Shimano fixed cog. 40 tooth chainwheel and 15 tooth fixed cog provide 72 inch gear. The left crank arm is a bit messed up where it engages the spindle. This has not been a problem for me, but I am including a generic left crank arm as a substitute if it causes problems for you. As set up bike has approx. 42 inch wheelbase and approx. 9 7/8 inch bottom bracket height. Long wheelbase and high BB make it quite suitable for riding off pavement.
