"Made for 700cc wheels, the dimensions are as follows; first seat tube is 20.5" long, second seat tube is 18", the top tube is 45 1/2" long and the bottom tube is 40 1/22. The frame has been fully restored, back to the original Powder Blue colour, with gold detailing and white bands. After speaking to the former owner, it apparently never had the trademark Jack Taylor box lining, partly due to the prohibitive costs."
