This was Alex Singer's personal porteur, and has all the goodies - Singer-modifed Maxi-Car "grades flasques" hubs, Singer cantilever brakes... The front rack is a lighter-duty version of the standard porteur rack, attaching to the brake mounts rather than the fork tips.
